Shipping:

Orders for stock items are normally shipped same day, however during busy periods and holidays you should allow 36 hours for you order to be despatched.

Out of stock items are shipped upon receipt and you should allow 28 days for delivery. You will be advised of any delays greater than 7 days from order.

Shipping costs:

These are displayed in the shopping cart and can be viewed before you need to enter personal details.

Shipping to UK Highlands and Islands will be at a higher rates

European and other International deliveries are at a higher rate

Courier next day delivery is NOT a guaranteed service.

Returns policy:

Faulty goods will be replaced with the same or equivalent of equal value

Returned will ONLY be accepted up to 30 days from purchase AND must be accompanied with the original receipt(s) of purchase

Goods that have been removed from their packaging, used or soiled in any way, cannot be returned

If you wish to return goods due to incorrect ordering, first call to obtain a returns number. Returned goods are subject to a 35% re-stocking & admin fee + P&P

Return postage is at the customers cost
